SYNTAX            : CTRL_G

FUNCTION          : Iterations caused by immediate commands (such as
                    function keys) are aborted. Overstrike mode is
                    maintained. An informational Command aborted-message
                    is generated.

                    All typed-ahead characters are discarded.

NOTE 1            : This action will in all probability invalidate the
                    TVback-file!

NOTE 2            : It is possible to disable CTRL_G via a setting of
                    the CTRL_X-command.
