CTRL_C Active can be set to

   YES         : The normal function of CTRL_C is enabled.
   NO          : The normal function of CTRL_C is disabled. A message is
                 displayed to advise the user of this (unless the setting
                 for Display Messages is set to NO).

   DEFAULT     : YES
                 TVini may overrule this.

   NOTE        : With both CTRL_C Active and CTRL_G Active disabled,
                 there is NO WAY to break out of endless loops!
