CTRL_T Active can be set to

   YES         : The normal function of CTRL_T is enabled.
   NO          : The normal function of CTRL_T is disabled. A message is
                 displayed to advise the user of this (unless the setting
                 for Display Messages is set to NO).

   DEFAULT     : YES
                 TVini may overrule this.

   NOTE        : This setting affects the function of CTRL_T as either an
                 interrupt, immediate or single command.
