Keyboard can be set to

   USA0        : The keymap is set to USA0 (American), no matter what the
                 setmap command has installed.
   D           : The keymap is set to D (German), no matter what the
                 setmap command has installed.

   DEFAULT     : USA0
                 TVini may overrule this.
