Lock Title can be set to

   NO          : The window title is updated whenever
                 - the current file associated with the text area changes
                 - the buffer is changed to a (or: another) register
                 - the mode (overstrike, insert, command) is changed
                 - a command-file is executed
   YES         : The window title is frozen, and will remain so until
                 Lock Title is once more switched off.

   DEFAULT     : NO
                 TVini may overrule this.
