   NO          : Screen-refreshes are suppressed during execution of
                 command-files.
   YES         : Screen-refreshes during execution of command-files are
                 performed as if the commmands in the file were entered
                 interactively. This setting is meant for debugging.

   DEFAULT     : NO
                 TVini may overrule this.

   NOTE        : This setting will affect all future ;e- and @;e-commands.
