Trigger Columns can be set to a non-negative numeric value.

   VALUE       : This value specifies the trigger-region that controls
                 how near the cursor is allowed to reach the left or right
                 border of the text area before scrolling begins.

                 The number given is the number of characters to remain
                 visible between cursor and window border.

                 The maximum value allowed depends on the active font and
                 the size of the text area. It will always be one half
                 screen in characters.

   DEFAULT     : 3
                 TVini may overrule this.
