SYNTAX            : LEFT

FUNCTION          : Moves cursor to the left within the command input.

                    At the beginning of a line, the cursor is moved to the
                    end of the previous line.

                    If the horizontal scrolling region is entered, the
                    cursor no longer moves left. Instead, the
                    command input moves to the right. This only happens
                    for as long as there still is invisible text beyond
                    the window border.
