The -c option is only allowed after -s. It specifies a command sequence
to be performed on the standard input. This sequence must be concatenated to
the option. For once, the command sequence need not be terminated by a
double-ESC.

The -c option can be specified any number of times. TV will process them
one by one in the order specified on the command-line.

This option is allowed repeatedly.
