The -e option causes TV to operate in batch mode, i.e. without user-
interaction. The file <filename> is used by TV as command-file. No window
is opened, and TV terminates after completing the last command sequence in
the file. Care must be taken by the user to write commands that actually
finish. Endless loops can only be terminated by a reset or kill!
The -e-file is read and executed after TVini, and after the first of the
input-files (if any) was read into the buffer.
No backup-file is maintained of a -e run.
Error-messages TV interactively prints on the status display now go into
the window of the caller. They are printed with 3 leading asterisks in
contrasting colour. Information-messages are printed with 3 leading
asterisks in normal text-colour. Only under Windows, the three asterisks
are always monochrome, and the middle asterisk identifies error or
information (by 'E' or 'I').
