The -i option is used to define a command-file from which TV will read
its initial commands. If no file name is specified, no initialization-file
will be executed. Note, that if TV is called without a -i option, it
will execute the initialization-file to which TVini is assigned (e.g.
by putting

     Assign TVini: <file>

in the file s:User-Startup on Amiga).

The initialization-file is read and executed before the window is
opened and before any input-file is read.
