The -wd<directory name> option causes TV to (immediately) change the working
directory to the one specified. It is possible, but not recommended, to mix
-wd options and files on the command-line. That way madness lies.

The only sensible use is to have this option before the first file-argument,
and only once. This is not, however, imposed.
