SYNTAX            : ARG ;T

                    This command works differently depending on the value of
                    the ARGUMENT:
                    -1                 : Return running time of TV in seconds
            (7.0)   -2                 : Return running time of TV in micros
            (7.0)   -3                 : Return the current time as a LIST
                    Time value (HHMMSS): Return number of seconds for a time value
