Backup-file closed - journaling terminated

   The TVback-file reports a problem at operation-system level, and is
   therefore closed. TV will continue as usual, but no further record of
   the session is maintained.

   Causes may be:
      - The disk is full
      - The controller reports a problem
6.3f  - A key-redefinition in insert- or overstrike-mode is created (this
        is not an error, but normal for the ;I-command)
