Out of memory

   The operating system is not able to supply the amount of memory required.

   TV has never been known to crash because of lack of memory. However, it
   is best to stop processing, solve the cause of the lack of memory, and
   save all unsaved work before proceeding.

   Causes may be:
   - Iterations with logical errors: < h xa 2 ga >
   - Huge files under edit
   - Excessive use of register stacks
   - Other applications active simutaneously
