PREOPEN              Forces TV to open its window before the
                     execution of the initialisation-file TVini.
                     This tooltype must be used if the TVini-file gives
                     out messages which are meant to be displayed in
                     the window. Normally, the initialization-file is
                     read and executed before the window is opened and
                     before any input-file is read.
