The commands TV accepts fall into six different categories:

  Immediate Commands           
  Single Commands              
  Command Sequences            
  Command-line editing commands
  Interrupt commands           
  Macros                       
  Command-files                

Each is discussed separately. The first and second category provide all
basic commands. The sequences, macros and files are merely combinations
of immediate and/or single commands. A list of all available commands
can be accessed

  Alphabetically by code
  Alphabetically by name

NOTE: Commands are recognized by the parser without distinguishing between
      upper case and lower case characters.
