RESULTING ARGUMENT: None

FUNCTION          : This function displays the current position in the file
                    (both  .  and  Z  and the percentage) and the currently
                    active control-functions (CTRL_C, CTRL_G and CTRL_T).

NOTE 1            : This function is also activated whenever the HELP-key
                    is pressed during iterations.

NOTE 2            : This function is only available in interactive mode.
                    In non-interactive mode there is no output; the call
                    is silently ignored.
