RESULTING ARGUMENT: The number of files edited so far
                                       NOTE: Only in case of argument -1!

FUNCTION          : Preset which of the files specified on the command-line
                    on invokation of TV is to be processed next.

ARGUMENT          : The number of files for which TV is to assume that
                    editing is complete.

DEFAULT           : None

NOTE 1            : An argument of 0 will cause TV to restart at the first
                    file-argument.

NOTE 2            : An argument of -1 will yield the number of files left
                    unedited so far. This is informational only; no change
                    to the preset next file is made.

NOTE 3            : Reaction to this command is not apparent immediately. As
                    soon as ;h or ;x is called (which implicitly reads
                    the next file) that file will be the file preset via
                    this command.
