TV can be called with or without parameters. Without parameters, no file
is read on start-up, and TV starts in interactive mode.

All parameters are either the names of existing files (the first of which
will be read immediately, the others at a later stage) or options. They
can usually occur in any order. If a parameter starts with a -, TV regards
it as an option.
