SYNTAX            : CTRL_A

FUNCTION          : When entering a command, Ctrl_A toggles the mode for
                    command input between overstrike and insert.

DEFAULT           : Overstrike mode, preset whenever TV starts waiting for
                    an interactive command.

NOTE              : Overstrike and Insert mode for command-line editing
                    have nothing to do with overstrike and insert as
                    alternatives for command mode,
                    although they are quite similar in use.
