RESULTING ARGUMENT: Number of lines available in the text area

FUNCTION          : Determine the number of lines currently set as the
                    height of the text area.

ARGUMENT          : 34

NOTE              : This returns the default value (24) if TV is not in
                    Interactive mode. This is also the case during
                    execution of TVini.
